What is wrong with my cucumbers?

For the past 2 years I have grown various cucumbers, and they always come out stunted. They curve instead of growing straight, and they look a little deformed, like skinny where it comes off the vine and fat at the end. I’ve use plant food and they get plenty of sun. what is the problem???
i have a huge cucumber vine growing with lots of blooming yellow flowers..but i havent had one cucumber to grow yet….i have plenty of other plants that are producing vegetables, except this one?? any suggestions?
