I have fresh summer squash, tomatoes, and cucumbers I just picked out of the garden and I am wanting to cook a healthy lunch with them. I’ve Google some recipes but can’t really find anything… Help?! My only request is not to use butter or mayo ..think that’s about it. Thanks!
