I made a wrap today with chicken and cucumber and tomatoe
i thougth it would be good with tzatziki sauce, but i’ve found unless you go to a resturant, it’s hard to get a REALLY good recipe.
Alot of people on Yahoo answers just need to simply google something, but where’s the points in that right? so i dont blame them.
well, I’m looking for feedback, are there any good tzatziki sauce recipes that you have found to be really good?

INGREDIENTS
2 cups plain yogurt
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
1 large cucumber – peeled, seeded and shredded
DIRECTIONS
Use a cheese cloth to strain the yogurt over a bowl for 3 to 4 hours, until most of the water has drained.
Press excess liquid out of the shredded cucumber. In a medium bowl, stir together the cucumber and strained yogurt. Mix in the garlic, salt, pepper and mint. Chill the mixture for 1 to 2 hours.

Tatziki sauce is nothing more than chopped cucumbers with dill in plain yogurt.
To chop the cukes properly…peel and then cut in 1/2 lengthwise. Use a spoon to scrape out the seeds from end to end and discard the seeds. Now, chop the cukes into 1/4 inch cubes and add to plain yogurt. Add dill weed to suit your taste.
